Enrollment Representative – Full Time

Position Summary

Works under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. This position is the primary contact to handle incoming and outgoing calls, faxes, and letters from/to physicians and healthcare providers. Candidate must deliver the highest quality customer service to healthcare providers and internal providers.

Job Duties

  • Communicates with prescribers regarding referrals
  • Completes entry of patient records in computer system
  • Verifies prescription and medical insurance eligibility
  • Creates orders for prescriptions and supplies
  • Verifies coverage of ordered therapies using appropriate HCPC and NDC codes
  • Communicates with patients regarding orders
  • Works with insurance companies to resolve rejections, and obtain authorizations for new, change and refill orders
  • Experienced and skilled in clearing authorizations for patient referrals where supplier is in-network or out of network
  • Triages and follows up on orders to other pharmacy providers
  • Creates detailed notes in computer system regarding all interactions
  • Extensive document management
  • Positive attitude and excellent team builder, flexible work schedule, take positive direction and advise well, dependable in work ethic and attendance
  • Support the Pharmacists in all manners of business

Required Qualifications

Fulfillment Representative – Part Time

Position Summary

Works under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. This position is responsible for the filling and shipping of prescription and supply orders.

Job Duties

  • Accurately and quickly fills all orders
  • Properly packs all orders for delivery
  • Ships orders with correct courier using guidance from leadership
  • Records all shipments in computer systems
  • Maintains and reorders all inventory
  • Checks accuracy of all received orders, processes all order related paperwork timely
  • Completes all aspects of physical inventory in conjunction with leadership
  • Pulls expired meds and supplies monthly, and works with returns vendors to ensure maximum credit
  • Order and maintains pharmacy supplies
  • Files all paperwork including prescriptions neatly and expeditiously
  • Creates detailed notes in computer system regarding all interactions
  • Positive attitude and excellent team builder, flexible work schedule, take positive direction and advice well, dependable in work ethic and attendance
  • Responsible for all aspects of facility maintenance
  • Support the Pharmacist in all manners of business

Account Manager – Full Time

Position Summary

Works under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. This position is acts as the single point of contact for assigned prescriber accounts. Candidate must deliver the highest quality customer service to healthcare providers and internal providers.

Job Duties

  • Develop strong relationship with key contacts at assigned accounts to pull through additional business
  • Represents Focus Rx in a positive manner at all times
  • Process prescriptions and supplies orders to pharmacy and medical benefit
  • Communicates with patients regarding orders
  • Works with insurance companies to resolve rejections, and obtain authorizations for orders
  • Collects methods of payments from patients for deductibles, copays, coinsurances, and self-pay orders
  • Financial counseling for under or uninsured patients
  • Arranges delivery of orders to patient and prescriber offices
  • Creates detailed notes in computer system regarding all interactions
  • Positive attitude and excellent team builder, flexible work schedule, take positive direction and advice well, dependable in work ethic and attendance
  • Support the Pharmacist in all manners of business

Required Qualifications

Specialty Account Manager – Full Time

Position Summary

As Specialty Account Manager your primary function will be to increase patient referrals and new prescriptions by selling our comprehensive portfolio of services to medical offices and organizations that specialize in our target disease states.

Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with appropriate prescribers, healthcare organizations, pharmaceutical managers and representatives, as well as any other healthcare professionals (social workers, case managers, nurses, office managers etc.) that may have an integral part in coordinating and acquiring specialty medications for their patients
  • Utilize current territory knowledge, business/medical directories, leads from existing accounts and partners to identify prospective accounts
  • Use sales skills and processes to determine customer needs and provide sales presentations and organizational solutions to match those needs
  • Deliver on corporate and individual goals, revenue growth, territory penetration and customer satisfaction
  • Routinely identify growth opportunities, discuss territory strategies and provide management with timely and accurate weekly activity reports on account progress and development as well as up to date business plans
  • Serve as the account’s liaison to educate customers on how to best incorporate our services and provide them with ongoing accountable support
  • Demonstrate financial responsibility to the company and good business sense by effectively managing expenses, attending appropriate events, conferences, trade shows etc.
  • Collaborate effectively with operations on all business efficiency projects and joint implementations
  • All other duties and additional therapy opportunities based on business need and/or as assignment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven relevant industry experience (specialty sales in Oncology, Gastroenterology/Hepatology, Rheumatology, and Dermatology) with demonstrated sales results and success
  • Home infusion knowledge and understanding of managed care organizations – a PLUS
  • Computer proficiency, problem solving, interpersonal, organization and time management skills as well as ability to communicate effectively – mandatory
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and auto insurance to be maintained at all times
